I'm not talking about Butch, yes he did answer when first asked, my thing is Alabama made an announcement within 24hrs of the Kiffen rumors, four days gives it time to make an impact somewhere, maybe not a major impact but an impact none the less.

You really are thinking it was larger than it was.
The matter wasn't mentioned almost anywhere other than here until the last couple of days, and even then it was referenced as an internet rumor.

When something blows up on here, we just assume it's the talk of the town.
My brother is a huge Vol fan but hates chat rooms. I mentioned the subject today and it was the first that he had heard of it.

If AD's spent all their time addressing internet BS rumors they wouldn't have time for nothing else. The kiffin and sabans daughter rumor didn't get addressed by their AD. Good grief why even give merit too PURE CRAP, if there would have anything to it then it's more than likely too get addressed. I hope AD's don't make message board gossipers feel important by addressing every single rumor. Instead they should start going after BUSH LEAGUE reporters for slander that keep fueling stuff with ZERO FACTS to back them up except he said she said or a unconfirmed source. TOO heck with these pricks starting BS just because they can. Some in society are sick and others would believe anything they hear as truth or post about it like they think it is. Too heck with them kind of so called fans, Tennessee sure doesn't want or need you! GO TENNESSEE!!!!!

Some will not be happy until they burn the house down. They have this inane fantasy that they will get their dream coach who will instantly turn this into a dominant for decades national championship contender every year. They just need to get rid if the current coaching staff, the UTAD, the administration and seize control of the Board of Trustees to spend what money is left for buyouts and salaries with the help and open checkbook of major donors. Some are happy to feed into this for ratings, notoriety, payback, or to improve their program at our expense. Every goofy rumor gets supercharged, fed to bigger media outlets only to come back here as vindication. Those bigger media outlets are looking for sensationalism. They don't care how we appear in that process so long as it gives them a lurid story or fits the narrative during a broadcast. It becomes a ridiculous feedback loop where recruits are pushed away and fans are marginalized.

Most people outside message boards don't buy into this crap. These blowhards can forget it, Butch isn't going anywhere and the BIG ORANGE HOUSE will be packed this weekend. Tennessee fans haven't given up and Saturday the stands will show it I priomise you. So all the pot-stirrers your dream isn't gong to be realized so you can go cheer for another team, you are unwanted MINORITY so leave. Why be so miserable, GET GONE! GO BIG ORANGE!!!!

It's obvious that all the haters have an out they were ready to play if any scenario happened:

1) No wrong doing found means something still happened...just didn't look hard enough or cover up.
2) If Crowder would deny...he just puts the team first
3) CBJ calls ridiculous...well, he didn't deny
4) if CBJ were to deny...he's a liar
5) Even if practice video were to surface showing nothing ....probably edited it incident happened off camera

Hell, even if we manage to get our biggest win in nearly a decade on Saturday we all know the pre-packaged response: UGA is not that good; CBJ still sucks.

When people have an agenda they create "facts" that support the narrative.

It must suck when you already know you can't even experience joy in the positives.

I should probably find another word but I'm pretty sure it's obvious to most. But for a definition id say the opposite of what some call sunshine pumpers.

Why is one classified as a hater when they are not excited by the results?

I feel like (last 10 years) I'm listening to the same record, over and over again.

Why must someone who requires results be called a hater?
