Dude we haven't been close ot them in 8 years. This is the first time they walked away from a game with us feeling lucky in a long time. Given what this team was supposed to be its done better than 'better' teams before and this is not a bad UGA team by any stretch.

It was this kids first time under this type of pressure.... he missed it and nailed the second one down the middle..sadly it was in this game but you gotta learn somehow.

NO moral victories but based on recent history, this gives me a lot more faith in how this season ends. We have not been in the same zipcode the past 7 years against UGA. It was clear who the better team was every one of those games. This game we proved we belong and that goes a long way. There wont be any prospects flipping away because of this game. Pundits will have a ton more respect for our program.

Seriously in your honest heart did you see us winning this game? I stick to the OP this result was more than I hoped for and more than any rational person should have.

The whole UGA looks bad was fools gold. They always look 'bad' first few games of the season...because they play vanilla. They did what they had to using only the first 2 pages of their playbooks to put away 2 cupcakes and beat them by an average of 30. This is one of the best teams in the country and we pushed them to the edge. I am not happy but im ok with it.

Yet our $2M DC left one of those inexperienced DBs on an island and got abused, our experienced players were constantly out of position in the run game, and we looked like we've never done a pursuit and tackle drill in our life.
