Thanks catbone, I must be misremembering. I thought it was also mentioned that the Power T would be removed from the front of the jersey (can't remember if it was the home or away jersey that included the Power T) and replaced with TENNESSEE, making all jerseys the same in this respect.

The only thing I dislike is the checkerboard on the leg stripe and that they appear to have only 1 stripe instead of 2.

This turned me off that look:

Wouldn't hate on us older folks too much...we pay for a lot of this stuff. I will try to get used to whatever we end up with. My impression has been that the top programs (excepting Oregon) don't go with gimmicky curly-q's and such. Alabama won't even take the numbers off their helmets. At the opposite end...Vanderbilt changes uniforms every two years.

That's a really odd statement. I don't really care about the uniforms either way. But I would imagine some young people feel differently than you. some of the older fans may also like them.

I'm betting none of these uniforms are legit. I bet some 14 yr old kid with photoshop skills made this up and is sitting back getting a good laugh reading some of these replies
