I don’t really care one way or the other about players kneeling, but don’t do that s*** in a different country.

States and or cities stop funding this crap with taxpayer funds including stadium builds, police protection, etc. Congress eliminates the NFLs anti-trust exemption. Problem solved.

CBS NFL Today has talked no football 23 mins in, just protest talk. This is why people are tuning out.

Thank Trump for going off on it like a drunk redneck at a bar. Players that had never done it before did it in response.

Which is one of the reasons he did it. The main thing that's going to come of this is that it's going to reach a boiling point much faster, which I'm fine with. I'm tired of hearing about it every time I try and watch an NFL game, they used to be an escape from politics.

Which is why it makes even less sense... why are they doing it now? They have no idea why they are putting on this show? Haha.

I don't think NFL ratings are going down because of this... they were going down before this even happened, of course, this is probably not going to help and will probably continue to hurt. As far as me, basically turned off cable TV over a year ago... generally don't miss it.... no way I am paying for this crap directly.... ESPN can implode for all I am concern and the same could be said of the NFL. ESPN is really on the hook, and there is no easy road for them.... the NFL probably won't be hurt for some time.

I'm not sure why the American Taxpayer is supplementing the millionaire and billionaire owners/players to start with... hopefully more discussion on that will be coming down the pike. Wait till the players are getting 1/10th of their salary if the taxpayer was not supplementing their freaking life style.

I'm tired of it from both sides.

I'm tired of ESPN and everyone pointing out every time someone does it. It's not brave, it's being a little shorter than everyone else during the anthem, and putting them on a pedestal every week is stupid.

I'm tired of the virtue signalers on the other side losing their sh** about it. It has no impact on your life at all.

We lost that battle a long time. I've never understood why tax payers foot the bill for billionaire playgrounds, especially when it's been proven the supposed "economic boom" pro teams create is mostly a myth.

And now we have situations like Atlanta, who just had 2 teams say "Man those 20 year old stadiums suck, we need new ones!". 20 year old stadiums!

Same in St. Louis, when I live there they built that one... Rams used it for 20 years. :eek:lol:

I am the same as you... cry me a river you billionaire and millionaires.... go play some place else with your crap.

Them: "We're not showing up for the national anthem".
Me: "Good, maybe you will stop sucking the taxpayer dry and you can go back to working at McDonalds."
