They have given him absolutely no help on offense the last 4 years. Danny Amendola is their big signing...

Poor him, he was absolutely stacked for years with stellar defenses and all pro offensive lines. Sorry, I wont shed a tear for Brady.

Brady is awesome. No denying it. He has 3 SBs and he earned them. My thing is that SBs aren't the measuring stick for great QB play. Tom Brady is the best example of this that we could possibly ask for:

He's a much better QB the last 7-8 years than when he was winning SBs....by far, his best team was in 2007. No SBs since 2004.

He doesn't have a great #1 WR, but honestly his weapons would be good enough if his line were solid like in days past. Edelman, Lafell, Amendola (if healthy), and Gronk are all 4 nice players. Their RBs are solid too.

It's all about the O-line.

He hates Amendola, he's irrelevant at this point. Edelman and Lafell are 3's. They would be scrubs on most other teams. Gronk will be hurt in 3 weeks. The RBs are decent.

Apart from the injuries, to me that's on Tom, because Amendola was pretty good with Bradford.

It's Bradys fault that Amendola is to dumb to run the right pattern or break when he should? Brady and PM are identical in the aspect that, if you can't be where you are supposed to be you are not getting the ball. See OchoStinko

Lafell is good had 49 catches last year on a run-first squad. That's not a scrub. Edelman hasn't played with another QB, but he's pretty good on PR and with the ball after the catch. That's pretty much all we have to judge him on, outside of Brady.

Don't know why you think they're scrubs.

Name one good player Manning hasn't had a connection with?

He was catching passes from Cam not Alex Smith. Edelman couldn't get off the bench for 4 years.

Ty Law? Wait they had a great connection.

He's had like 6 WRs his whole career. If someone doesn't grasp the playbook PM will not throw them the ball. To think otherwise is foolish. It's not a knock on them, they are perfectionists and expect the same.

Well I'd say that's because he was backing up the greatest slot WR of all time.

Cause he can only play the slot? Deion Branch started for christ sake, so you are telling me Bradys best WR couldn't beat out Deion Branch? I rest my case.

This is disingenuous BS.

Manning has had tons of WRs and almost all of them had their best years with him (with the exceptions of Garcon who was a #3, and is now a #1, and Welker, who has aged, and has been injured a lot).

I don't know if I can name a guy Manning hasn't had a good connection with, let alone an established player that joined him and didn't succeed.

He made Jacob Tamme a star. He led the league in receptions for the last half of a season when he got the opportunity to start. Austin Collie was leading the league in yards in like week 6, before he started his string of concussions. Dallas Clark did nothing without him. Marcus Pollard signed a big contract with Detroit and disappeared. etc.

All I can think of is nobodies that stood out in Manning's offense.
