I doubt it happens, but even if it did, Mullen would leave the program in a much better place now than where it was two years ago, and keeps it an attractive place for the next head coach. I can think of easily 4-5 coaches off the top of my head that I would favor over Pruitt any day.
Would love to have a drink of that....Dan Mullen is now the frontrunner for the head coach job for the Dallas Cowboys since Garrett has been let go. With this, UT is in position to jump to the top of the SEC east for the next 4 to 5 years. Georgia regressed this year and their offense is nothing to be feared. Now its a blessing in disguise that we didn't get Mullen as our coach as so many had wanted!
Well, the ink isn't dry yet. I remember Rich Rodriguez was supposed to Bama's new coach a few years ago. Looked how that turned out.Dan Mullen is now the frontrunner for the head coach job for the Dallas Cowboys since Garrett has been let go. Any of those guys would be crazy to take the job. Jones is an over-involved owner. Much like Haslam and the Browns, the owner is the biggest problem with the franchise.
