the average rating is pretty good. if ranking on average, we'd be around 11th nationally and 4th or 5th in the SEC (Auburn and TN have basically the same rating average, forget which one is higher)

the top schools are recruiting at ridiculous levels. and i say that while saying we're doing fantastic.......

It’s about where the talent is as much is the overall talent for example our recruitment of our left tackle is phenomenal he is elite ... That position Matter so much in the grand scheme of things for your offense passing game

oh, i agree. and that's another reason i like how this class has started. it's hitting positions of need, and they seem to be getting good ones. so we'll see how it all shakes out, but i'd put it in the 'so far so good' category for sure.

Just keeps getting better. Recruiting quality over quantity and I'm really digging it

So much nicer to see these commits when I check my email over all the 3*s CBJ would flood our classes with.
The last year I remember thinking recruiting had returned right to where it was when Dooley left. Certain fans would be praising the 2-3* players claiming they were underrated for any number of reasons and our coaches where just smarter than the rest for seeing the talent they had.

It’s nice to see commits that have talent that the entire world can see and not just a few delusional fans and some hack coaches.

Quality Quality Quality, building that team brick by... oh, nvm. :whistling:

Nice to see CJP focused on Quality over Quantity - considering we are a 4-8 team till we prove otherwise, its amazing the talent his team is bringing.

Don't get me wrong, EB is about as good a safety as we saw on The Hill for decades. However I like safeties to be 6 feet tall and this young man at 6' 1" fits that nicely. 175 lbs means he can add some. Difficult to see a 175 lb safety bringing the pain in run support so he needs to add a few IMO.

They said he's gotten up close to 180, and of course he's a 2019 commit, not an '18
