That is a perfect analogy. Given the details that we know, it seems like the "institutional control" button is a far reach right now. That is a term that is generally thrown around as a scare tactic.

Exactly. I think people are getting caught up in the all the hoopla and forgetting what exactly the by laws state. IMO this is a secondary violation at the VERY worst. The case studies are pretty clear as well.All I could interpret were three case studies of schools that committed far worse violations than what ours could even turn out to be.
