Neverending MBRO memory thread

Hey @joevol33 I saw this number and wanted you and Tiffany to have it
meshclaim.com 800-605-6555
I believe they already filed a claim.
Yep. Slight update on that, that part of it the company wanted to include her with several others. Not a big class action, but there were a handful. Her lawyer called her, and refused, and is taking her case to trial. He told them, he explained this to her, that she was the only one to lose her bladder and have a low life expectancy, and he's willing to take it to trial if they are. If it does, we'll both have to go to Boston and testify, but IDK when, or how long it'll last. It'd be nice to get back some of what we've had to pay, and absolutely for her pain and suffering, if anyone she deserves it. That said, I don't care if she gets a penny as long as I have her, and I mean that. Her lawyer obviously sees it differently, since he doesn't get paid unless she wins.

I'm included in the suit because it's caused me to miss work a lot, and"relationship issues". That's where I told her I would explain to the judge and jury how much I've suffered, because I'm a nymphomaniac 🤣🤣

I think your cousin lovin ways shows your libido so this point should be easy to prove at trial.....

Lawyers make out in class actions... no one else. Go to trial, and then settle with them once they realize they will lose big time in a trial.
Yeah, but I'm going to have to get on an airplane again, I don't like that 🤣

In all seriousness Joe, I don't see how the other side doesn't settle this before trial. Is the suit against the mesh manufacturer or is it a malpractice suit.

Was involved in a malpractice suit close to a decade ago here. Both me and spouse had lengthy depositions and the questions are intrusive for sure. If you and Tiffany are good witnesses, they will likely try to settle before it gets to trial.

I'm hoping they do. This part is just about the mesh, lawyers have a couple of things going. I honestly don't even keep up with it unless she tells me something. It sounds weird, but like I said, I've got so much in my mind with her that it doesn't matter to me.
