My wife's ob Dr is out of the country, but sent her a message. Wants to know if we'd go to the mayo clinic about this infection. Just for a night likely, to let them test one day, then offer suggestions the next. We went for her lupus a few years ago, may have a trip coming up.

There's been talk of retiring the Warthog, but I think that they are still in service. I do not know what your daughter is doing in the AF. Given your t-shirt in the pic you posted, I asked if she was working with A-10s. Your progeny exceed you, so, maybe she's in Military Intelligence.

As far as I know that talk has been rescinded. There is nothing in the inventory that does the job.
