Trust me, doctors (especially surgeons) pay pretty impressive premiums on their malpractice insurance. Any settlement will NOT come out of their pockets, and who knows, they might learn and do better in the future.

And in the meantime, she should bleed the device maker and distributor white. They knew there were problems, it had already been banned in Europe, and they kept selling to US women as long as they could get away with it. That not a case of human error - this is ruthless corporate greed, and they deserve everything they get.

You guys gonna like this one from the looney bunch. Her nephews want nothing more than their mom (the sister in texas) to get back with their dad, a guy she's used constantly. Led him on while she was back here by letting him buy her stuff, and take her on a couple of trips. These boys, and dad, want to move to Florida with their tax money, they work odd stuff and rip people off, but claim zero income and get back around 10k every year.

Anyway, one of their wives has a brother that supposedly has a government job. She texted the sister in Texas, and told ger something major was about to happen in the US, but she couldn't say no more. Told her the only hope was to get back her to survive with her family. 😂😂😂

I truly did not know that there were this many profoundly dumb people in the world, much less in the US alone.

I keep flashing back to “My Name Is Earl”, except that Earl was a good-natured schlep who was kinda-sorta trying to do the right thing. Which your rellies are definitely not doing.
