More truth to that statement than you even realize.
While the English and political science majors are out in the quad throwing frisbees and laying out on the blankets sun bathing, engineering students are locked in the computer lab trying to debug 800 lines of C+ code in a room filled with Middle Easterners and other foreigners. About the only time you see an American is when the janitor comes or when the security guard has to kick you out the lab at 3:00 a.m.
But it was worth it. :yes:epper:
You know, that is why I changed majors. I started as a civil engineer. My teachers could barely speak legible english. So after that first semester I said screw this I'm getting a degree in something I want to do and not dred getting up in the morning to do. Now I'm 3 semesters away from getting a degree in sports journalism and I've had the opportunity to meet some cool ass people.
Money is not worth being unhappy for me.
