I get why you said that. I hope they lose but …

But a one point win allows the to advance. I recall many top seeds barely winning vs. an inferior team. Yet they advanced to the final four .~

Auburn and UNC are a couple that come to mind the yrs
Excellent point. A narrow first round win is often times the best route to a deep run.

What I don't get about this is that it isn't as if this has been the team's strategy all season; like a typical low-major, they used 10+ players in each conference tournament game with plenty of double digit contributors. I get that it got you a double digit lead in the first half, but maybe a sub or two makes sense when you see your lead eroding?

*Nope, read that backwards from the start of the season hah. So they've been lean for a while, but not five players lean.
I haven’t t researched their roster. But giving their players an extra two min after a tv timeout would go a log way. They’ve been exhausted imo since 6 min mark.

Duke found a way to win.

Up 6 with 10 seconds left. Sienna gave Duke all they could handle. I wonder if a few subs would’ve changed outcome of game.

Duke will probably go on a roll now and final four

Maybe not, but the fact Duke only won this game due to questionable calls, 100 missed travels, and Siena lacking any depth is still grounds for some laughter.
Traveling is rarely called now in NCAA. They want the game to be more like NBA.

So you’ll see players travel (more than 2steps and change of pivot foot) more. Plus, the refs won’t call three seconds and don’t allow “flopping,” - for most part.

Depth indeed hurt Sienna in 2nd half.
