Dobbs was a true FR in 2013. His accuracy likely didn’t have anything to do with him not getting any playing time. His accuracy was on par with Clausen and was much better than Tee Martins.See; that’s a great question because I genuinely dont know. He was really inaccurate with the ball and made bad decisions throwing it, which is why he never saw the field in ‘13 or ‘14 until we absolutely needed to throw him in. Dobbs shined when running the ball. Do I think that Heup could’ve helped some? Yes, but idk if it would’ve been Hooker’s level
Curtis has played cupcakes his entire career. Best team he played last year was an average Battle ground Academy team who he lost to. This year they play Pope John Paul who was 4-7 last year and Ensworth who got routed by McCallie! If he played better competition at a better school I’d take him much more serious. But we have all seen how well these “elite” camps show Jack crap about how a player will actually play when the bullets start flying! I’d be willing to bet if you will that he doesn’t finish his career at UGA? We can put a TN hat or something like that on it? I’d feel better if he played for McCallie, Baylor heck even Ensworth, but he plays for a small school that plays against nobody. I’d be willing to say the kid at Westside(I think it is that’s dad coaches UT Martin) is a better QB and he was a freshman that played better competition. Curtis is a big fish in a small pond and I’m going to laugh if UGA has all those eggs in his basket and 2 years from now they are scrambling for another QB who can actually play. Also I’m sure he’s a nice kid and even if committed to TN I’d feel the same. Much happier with Faizon who I believe plays much better competition and isn’t just a 7on7 warrior.I’m not sure Curtis is better now but both are damn good right now
The iron-clad lock that Faizon will be a better QB than Curtis is that D4H preferred Curtis.
Jared turns 19 in December so he is cleared to play in high school still if that was what you were hinting at. Faizon just turned 17 this summerHe’s 18 right now lol do you know when his bday is?
Faizon is a stud. As is Jared. I’m glad Faizon is committed to us instead of Jared.
Don’t get confused by me saying a kid committed to UGA is a stud
His birthday is Dec 21, 2006. So he will turn 19 this December and it’s easy to know when his mom posts Happy Birthday to him. So he is somewhat old for class. My son is a junior and is Dec 18, 2008 for reference. He’s 18 right now lol do you know when his bday is?

Right, so he will play his senior year as an 18yr old.His birthday is Dec 21, 2006. So he will turn 19 this December and it’s easy to know when his mom posts Happy Birthday to him. So he is somewhat old for class. My son is a junior and is Dec 18, 2008 for reference.
please show me where I mentioned or cared about this lmfaoCurtis has played cupcakes his entire career. Best team he played last year was an average Battle ground Academy team who he lost to. I don't know when his exact birthday is but I know during last school year it was reported by NCSA (National Corsortium of Student Athletes) that he was already 18. I wasn't confused at all as I know you prefer Faizon as well. Just saying Curtis is older than most in his high school class. Most seniors turn 18 during their senior year, some even the summer entering college. Curtis will be 19 during his senior year of high school but since it will be once the football portion of the school year ends, they allow him to play. Curtis and Faizon were Heupel's top 2 targets but Faizon became that guy because he has a higher ceiling. I personally think Faizon is better, due to how elite he plays against the stiffer competition he faces. He’s 18 right now lol do you know when his bday is?

Correct, which also can mean he’s older than most in his senior class. Nothing big about it, but you asked and I answered. If he was 4 months older he’d be ineligible to compete, Faizon turned 18 like 6 months after.Right, so he will play his senior year as an 18yr old.
It’s hilarious how defensive some of yall have gotten by me saying Curtis is a stud. And if you’d keep reading the thread, you’d see I’m glad we have Faizon and not Curtis.
Reading and comprehending is very tough, I know
I don’t give 2 craps if you care, I’m just stating he’s literally played crap competition his entire high school career and it’s great to look good playing against crap competition. It’s also easy to look good when playing against air in 7v7 also. It’s completely different when the rush comes and decisions have to be made. We shall see if he can actually do that as I have my doubts due to the fact he could be playing for Dickson County with better comp like his sister did instead of a little private school that plays a joke of a schedule. You said he is elite, I don’t think he’s even close. Guess one of us will be proven right and wrong.please show me where I mentioned or cared about this lmfao
Read the thread before sounding ridiculous
So he will still play his senior year as an 18 year old, like I said.Correct, which also can mean he’s older than most in his senior class. Nothing big about it, but you asked and I answered. If he was 4 months older he’d be ineligible to compete, Faizon turned 18 like 6 months after.
Even in this you are wrong, would be 4 months and 22 days, nitty gritty you wanted but still make it not lolSo he will still play his senior year as an 18 year old, like I said.
And since you want to get in the nitty gritty, technically, he’d have to be 5 months older to be ineligible. Deadline is August 1
Last I checked, “damn good” and “elite” are not the same thing lolI don’t give 2 craps if you care, I’m just stating he’s literally played crap competition his entire high school career and it’s great to look good playing against crap competition. Talking about Jared Curtis since someone literally asked why we kept saying he was old for his grade and if we actually knew his DOB! As far as Faizon I was told he was young for his grade, but never looked into him. MUCH MUCH happier having Faizon than Curtis no matter what the rankings are!He doesnt turn 18 until next yearView attachment 756480
