I plan to register tonight and just rack up VC using the companion app and playing occasional exhibition games while I'm still addicted to AC4. Then, when I make the eventual switch over to BF4 and NBA full-time, I hope to have deep VC pockets to start a myGM franchise.

Me too. I was all about 2k and FIFA, which I still play both. Right now, its AC4 and some BF4.

So have you tried out the app? I'm curious how much daily VC I can expect it to yield. Also, about how much will I need to make it through a season of myGM unlocking the necessities?

If you have tried it out, are the pick & win or whatever they're called working? Where you pick nightly winners to earn bonus VC. The Internet has conflicting info about whether or not they are functional.

I've been using it for about a week. On the daily VC bonus you get VC every 24 hours. I usually get at least 1,000 there. With the matchups, at first they weren't registering. But lately it's been correctly adding my correct picks. If you pick the nightly matchups correct you could earn about 250-300 VC with that. So looking at almost 1,500 VC a day. I haven't even played 2K for a couple of days. But I make it a habit to collect the VC from the app. I've got over 5,000 VC collected after these last 3 days...

I have not tried the app yet, but there is not separate VC for mygm and myplayer which is stupid. It all rolls into one.

Yeah. Very steep learning curve.

Stick with it and try out the tutorials.

Also, online is fun and you will learn where you need to improve. You will occasionally get some super close games too.

My team is like EA's ultimate team. You build a team and buy players. You play it online vs other people.

Just picked this game up. It's been a really long time since I've played a basketball game and I can't seem to do anything. On defense I can't do anything without getting a freaking foul called. I can't pass without ball bouncing off players or going out of bounds. Very complicated since last game I've played

Just play with the Heat and spam the circle button. Should work.

I find defense easier to run than offense, but neither is easy.

Having not even played a game yet, I'm up to 6,300 VC!

I have over 11,000 VC right now. Granted, I haven't played in almost a week but I'll be able to boost my guy up a couple of overall ratings when I get on.

It was real buggy at first but the VC is coming through consistently for me now. I'd just reset your password.

How do you do the signature moves in the park? I've equipped special dribbles and dunks, but can't figure out how to do them
