Amazing how some critics are saying KD is above LeBron since joining the Warriors.

This is the same guy who got owned by LeBron when he was with the Thunder.

No LeBron and they would have Kyrie and Wiggins. They would probably also have younger more athletic players around them than the LeBron handpicked buddy squad. They would maybe be even better without LeBron.

You don't just take him off and have the same roster minus him. They would be a different team.

KD played really well in that Thunder finals. The Heat were just better.

You're saying if they had never brought Lebron back 4 years ago, they might be in the playoffs right now.

He's saying if this 2018 team didn't have Lebron, they might be alive in the playoffs.

Also, Wiggins sucks. I'm not even sure the T-Wolves can get a first rounder for him.

I don’t think his value is as low as you think. I guarantee there’s a team that thinks they can bring out his potential. His contract hurts but someone would have offered him the max had he gone to RFA

LeBron’s teammates suck.

He also helped built this team.

So while I don’t have much sympathy for him, at the same time I can still acknowledge that his teammates suck even if he brought them there.

I know what he is saying but it's dumb. Of course if you take a superstar off the team built around him they are worse.
Realisticallyif LeBron wasn't there the roster would be completely .

Who said that? Of course not. For one they wouldn't get all the calls LeBron was gifted and they couldn't have got Draymond suspended like James did. Those and Kyrie saving them are the reasons they were able to win.

He's got talent but the result is average. Lots of teams would be interested in him because of his potential, but the contract is so bad.

Last October (when he signed his extension) I would have said somebody will pay him max, but we got to watch him play his 4th year with better teammates and he regressed. I mentioned trading him for a first rounder, but I'm not sure they could give him away.

Also doesn’t sound like somebody who totally gets how to play with others. I wonder if he’s a guy that clashes with Thibs too. He’s not for everyone.

If you are a C's fan, you'll notice that Smart, Baynes, and Morris don't get the calls and you'll cry about Lebron getting them. If you're a Cavs fan, you'll notice that Thompson, Smith, and Nance don't get the calls and you'll cry about Horford and Tatum.

Plus home team gets calls too. I actually thought the C’s would get a ton of calls last night (and definitely were allowed to be more physical last night) because Ken Mauer always goes crazy favoring the home team.

Also Cleveland should bump JR out of the rotation. He’s been absolute garbage the last two weeks. Give more minutes to Clarkson and play Osman. Get guys who are at least trying on defense

I think it’s a Butler problem more than Thibs. They are too similar to each other so there’s no compliment in their games. Wiggins looked pretty good under Thibs, before the Butler trade

Very fair point. They are both iso based players. I thought Butler would more off ball/spot up but in the games I watched that wasn’t the case. I’m not sure Butler is a great fit.

FWIW, this was Butler's best year in terms of TS% and SPG, and he had the 2nd best ppg and apg of his career, with few turnovers.
