Not tekken and its not a big time fighting franchise. All the fighters have animal type powers like ones part mole and another is part tiger.

Well, since the image is not pix-elated and the only MegaMan I know of that has been updated to HD is X, I'm going to say MegaMan X. (Plus you can see the touchscreen controls )

I was wondering what those controls were. I guess that's a mobile version? But yes X is right. The Megaman X games were highly highly underrated IMO
