Name That Game

That Super Baseball Sim?

This is close enough for the win :good!: Was obsessed with this game for about a year.

Clock tower, never heard of it lol

Clock tower was a surprisingly good game actually. I remember wanting a scary game, and the guy at Electronics Boutique told me to get Clock Tower. I got it and took it home and thought "what is this crap? All I do is point and click?" 3 hours later I was hooked. I honestly think there was something about the poor graphics back then that made games scarier. Something about a poorly rendered polygonal psycho freak is much scarier than anything out today. But I digress.....

Anyways here's my contribution. Quite willing to bet no one will get this one without cheating:

Was an extremely fun game for one that didn't hit it very big. Best part was you morphed into different players with just the touch of a button. So if you needed to fly you morphed into the character that flies, if you needed to hit something from long range you morphed into the character with a long range weapon, etc.

Played it on the N64 (nice context-less picture by the way)

Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, right?

There was another game for N64 that was a similar game to Mystical Ninja and I can't remember the name and its driving me crazy. It was like a knock off of Ocarina of Time. You were a little brown headed kid and you had a wand as your weapon and it was RPG style. I want to say the kid you played as had a crown or headband thing and wore a cape and had a little alfalfa hair do thing going where it stuck up in the front.

This ringing a bell for anyone?

Are you talking about Quest 64 by any chance?

I got nothin bruh

Edit: cheated and found it though. And honestly I've never heard of it.

I was hoping it wasn't completely obscure. It starred Christopher Lloyd, and was the last great point-n-click adventure game of that era.

Fantastic audio and visuals for the period, as well.

I'm not really sure it could necessarily be called an ocarina of time knockoff though, didn't it come out first?

I dunno maybe. After going back and watching gameplay footage it actually wasnt Ocarina of Time-esque at all. I totally forgot it was turn based. Just when I think of N64 free-roaming sword/shields/magic games I think of Ocarina first.
