That guy was tough to a fault. Played at least one full game with a bruised kidney until someone saw him pi$$ing blood. Made him sit out a couple games after that.

Yep this was my first thought….I know QB gets a ton of the spotlight and it’s probably a little odd to call him “under appreciated” but I think he was.

Dude balled out at UT. After his departure we really saw how much he drove that vanilla offense…..with no QB coach.

Imagine Dobbs playing in a high octane offense with actual specific coaching and in game adjustments……he might have won the the Heisman
