Mueller Report Imminent

Well, when you redact all the meat out and leave a soggy bun with wilted tomato and lettuce, probably so.

Muller answered the question of conspiracy, and left the question of obstruction to DOJ who answered that question.
There was never meat in the bun.

Many who believe Barr is covering for Trump have/had a high opinion of Rod. He signed off on the summary as well. Has publicly defended Barr. So is he a good guy or bad guy?

Rod Rosenstein defends Barr's 'integrity' ahead of Mueller report release
I find it funny they wouldn't let him jump ship even after all the constant attacks by Trump and his minions. If barr's statement could stand on it's own, he wouldn't be needed. Remember Rosenstein also helped craft the Comey firing memo.

First, you assume that Barr's representation of no collusion is accurate and comprehensive.

Second, you assume Mueller "left it" to DOJ to decide. False. It is just as likely he left it to Congress to resolve, as a political not a criminal question.

Point is, Barr's behavior has increasingly been suspicious and casting doubt on his "version" of what the report says. Release it. THE WHOLE THING. Not just some carved up shell of its contents.

So the lead investigator says there are no crimes but you believe anything redacted might be proof of a crime? Lol 😂

How do you know he concluded "there are no crimes"?

You know that because its what Trump's toadie claims was the conclusion.

Release the full report. Anything short of that will leave questions.

I hope you saved a nerve pill for tomorrow , I have a feeling you are going to need it after that presser . Lol

Somebody else's FBI toady claimed that Hiliary made "mistakes" with classified materials and decided the stuff shouldn't even go to the DOJ ... like it would have mattered anyway. Anybody but a damn left politician would have been hung for her crimes.

News flash Hillary was "exonerated".

Please explain to us HOW Barr could alter or lie about the Muells findings and NOT get caught?

So in your business everything is always made public? Nothing is ever withheld to protect witnesses? Names of minors or those of people who would be put in danger are always divulged? Juries are never escorted out of the courtroom while the effect of testimony to be presented is considered? Cases involving national security never go unheard because divulging methods of collecting information is more damaging than punishing a traitor?

False, yourself. And it isn't simply "Barr's representation"; from the AG summary:
"The Special Counsel’s decision to describe the facts of his obstruction investigation without reaching any legal conclusions leaves it to the Attorney General to determine whether the conduct described in the report constitutes a crime. Over the course of the investigation, the Special Counsel’s office engaged in discussions with certain Department officials regarding many of the legal and factual matters at issue in the Special Counsel’s obstruction investigation. After reviewing the Special Counsel’s final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, including the Office of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel’s investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense. Our determination was made without regard to, and is not based on, the constitutional considerations that surround the indictment and criminal prosecution of a sitting president."

You remember Rosenstein, the guy who created and shepherded the probe, and installed Mueller? The guy with one foot out the door and under no pressure to protect his future DOJ career..? For your version of things to work, we now have to believe that he and the entirety of DOJ are "suspicious". It's only corrupt to the lurid left who invested body/soul into the crackpot conspiracy.

DOJ is not only NOT obligated to release THE WHOLE THING, but by law cannot do so. As a lawyer, how do you not understand this?
Nor are they obligated to satiate the left's desire for juicy material they can continue to propagandize and obstruct the remainder of Trump's term with. Barr could have simply supplied the summary, said "tha, tha, that's all folks" and completely fulfilled statutory obligations regarding the conclusion or the probe and SC report.

Nothing will stop leftist speculation. Further, it is not the AG's or DOJ's job to pander to them. Any spurious material not related specifically and solely to the findings of no conspiracy and no obstruction, should be redacted. Neither congress nor the public is entitled to hundreds of pages which the left might use to continue witch-hunting and Russia-baiting the remainder of Trump's term.

Time to move on and into investigating how such an utterly baseless investigation even began.
Congress got every page (without redaction) of the Starr report. Congress got every page (without redaction) from the Clinton e-mail investigation. You guys were screaming for transparency then.
What changed? Oh yea, never mind.

It's not just dems. in congress. Even Nunez is calling for an un-redacted report to be released to congress. You guys are now terrified of transparency?
