Much respect for CJP for finishing what he started.

Is Bama putting him up at the Hampton Inn in Tuscaloosa?? If so, might want to check the Mattress for bed bugs

It just feels like he has treated the DC at bama better than the hc position at UT. Yeah I admit it's likely petty and childish to view it that way but I want someone to own this job and want it. Tired of feeling like second class to everyone in this conf and it doesn't help when it feels like our hc is doing it too

He should be in Knoxville not with Bama.

This all day. Yes, he committed to bama, but he also made a commitment to our team as well. He needs to be doing work for UT, not UA. HIs tenure at bama ended when he accepted the UT job. You can talk all the crap you want about his loyalty to the bama players, but that doesn't help our school. To hell with the bama players.
Rant over.

This place is so predictable. Everyone’s congratulating Pruitt on his loyalty to his Bama players and his integrity, but if he would have jumped ship as soon as he signed with UT we would have threads patting him on the back for being a VFL

UCF should end up second or third.

Learning how to shut down Clemson is good training if we want him to accomplish at Tennessee. So is learning how to stop Georgia. We need this information, if I look at recent results in Knoxville.

We get game plan value for this week and last.

...If you care about Tennessee wining in the future.

Georgia is losing a very good rb duo after this year. Did Fromm do anything in that game last night against a crappy Oklahoma D that absolutely scares you?

Talk about being in the zone. Alabama defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt turned to me as he was walking off the field and asked, “Who won the other game?”--- Chris Low. ESPN.

Pruitt was going to coach the bowl championship and made that clear. Had Fulmer required Pruitt to resign from Alabama immediately, Pruitt would not have signed when he did. He simply would have waited until January 9. We would then be left without a coach, and with early signing would not have had the success in recruiting that we are enjoying.

Had this scenario occurred, these same posters would be complaining about not having a coach or any recruits.

Pruitt cloaks his love for the Tide with this "commitment to the kids" BS and the gullibles soak it up.

You took a job, dedicate yourself to that.

Where is his commitment to Tennessee?

He is demonstrating where his loyalty lies and it is not with Tennessee.

No he is not. He is committed to his players. Get over it. This is the type of Coach that we need all is well, yet so of you don't think so.

13-14 days and recruiting class

Win in the playoffs with a Defense that Shut down Clemson

Get over it....Soon.

He Multi-tasked to death. all in 30 days by the time it is over.

Still recruiting for Tennessee. What a statement....

For those with no ethics....who wants to burn bridges? In the ADULT world, you work until your last day.

Wrong... Your employer knows you are just there for the check use your vacation time... Most say there is what is owed to you and you can go on.... Works better on both sides too

some coaches do....his obligation is more to the young men more so than the job. Just like Scott Frost...he was obligated to those young men.

So his contract expires at midnight on 1/8 or is he terminating it on his own? Does his bama contact give him leeway to recruit for UT?

Don't know what kind of jobs you have had. Maybe your employer didn't expect much out of you in the first place....maybe you have a track record of substandard work....maybe they would rather you use your vacation and leave. Me personally, I have always given my all until my last day on the job. You never know where life will lead you. Hey, keep doing you....

Everyone deserves their own opinion. Guess I'm gullible to believe a man's word (and what others who know him say), until he gives me 'evidence' to doubt otherwise.

I am sure that he has worked all of that out with Bama. You need to peruse the recruiting forum. Recruits are saying that they are in contact with CJP. What more do you want? The more success he has in show casing a dominant defense, the better for TN. He can sell that on the recruiting trail. You all act as if this man is not capable of multi tasking....
