Obviously, a player of his caliber is not going to be intimidated by competition. Our ace with him is Faizon. Currently, A&M has a 4* from the state of Utah committed for 2026. They signed 2 3*s in 2024 & 2025, and signed Marcel Reed in 2023.

The QB situation at LSU is just as cloudy. No QB’s are committed in 2026. They signed Michael Van Buren, Jr from MSU in 2025, signed 2 QB’s - a 4* and 3* - in 2024, and signed 1 4* in 2023. That’s it.

I would think that a stud WR’s top priorities when evaluating schools are a talented quarterback room, NIL $$, and a strong HC/WR Coach/Offensive Scheme. He gets all 3 at UT.

That's not moving the goal post no more than you choosing to say 2 of the last 3,which sounds better than 2 of the last 4. Who knows, if history is any indicator,it may only be 2 of the last 5.

Point is, Heupel's teams have struggled on the road. That needs to be fixed.

Well, to be fair, two of those were neutral site.

We beat Pitt on the road, a stingy Vandy team, and a decent Kentucky team. We have laid a couple of eggs against a bad Florida team and a mediocre Arkansas team.

Losing at Alabama and Georgia is not bad in my opinion. Most teams get blown out there.

I’m just saying that folks in this thread need to be more patient with this one, because we’re probably not going to be getting any actual updates beyond “he likes Tennessee” for some time. Maybe I’ll be wrong, but if it’s not people bickering about our coaching staff in this thread, it’s people asking for updates on Keys that we probably won’t have for at least a little bit.
