'20 MS OT Dylan Spencer

Oregon and Wisconsin probably average pretty badly for the elite.

I guess it depends on what you consider good.

And there is also a HUGE admitted confirmation bias when it comes to the recruiting sites. They have admitted they give higher grades to kids going to big time programs. So it makes sense that their rankings are higher as the services adjust the players for those schools. Meaning they also get some confirmation bias with kids not going to those schools.

They are playing with house money.
Agree especially when you see a player get a star or
two bump by just committing to Bama, Clemson, or Ohio State. The graft above just verified that evidence.

OL DYLAN SPENCER
Spencer, a senior at Madison (Miss.) Central High School, has been committed to Southern Miss for almost six months but recently has started to explore other options after not signing last month during the Early Signing Period. He recently has picked up offers from Tennessee, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Mississippi State. The 6-foot-3, 300-pound Spencer landed an offer from Tennessee on Sunday near the end of his official visit with the Vols, who had expressed interest in him for several weeks before he made the trip to Knoxville.

Spencer is a former teammate of Tennessee freshman quarterback Jimmy Holiday, who flipped from TCU to the Vols last month on Early Signing Day and joined them earlier this month as an early enrollee. Spencer played on the offensive line for the first time during his senior season and is being recruited by Tennessee as a possible tackle who's also capable of playing any position on the offensive line. He's scheduled to visit Mississippi State this weekend before traveling to Missouri next weekend.
