No problem. The view you expoused is one of the most commonly held misconceptions in sports.
I actually read an article that was worded something like that. So Bear set that up to get rascist people to shut the hell up. He comes off as a better guy than I had originally thought.
Hold your applause. As I read the fact patter, he set up the game to get racist people to allow him to recruit black athletes (if hat's assertion is accurate, which I have no reason to doubt.) That suggests he was motivated by a desire to enlargen his talent pool, not to improve race relations.

really why? I've never head anyone have an intense hatred for pete carroll.
i hate him because EVERYBODY loves him, including espn and all the media... and all his recent success. basically, im kinda jealous for the guy. also, i hate the way EVERYBODY on his USC teams are so egotistical and think that they are above the entire nation just bc they go to school in LAreally why? They don't think they're above everybody because they go to school in LA.
