No clue about Martinez, but Knowles defense is based on three safeties.

Strong safety behind the box. One that plays like a corner back and a free safety that also calls out the adjustments.

So basically a star? I mean people keep saying that Knowles is so different but he is basically an older more accomplised banks?

Banks didn't play 3 Safeties. He played a nickel.
