More beef

1.Chandler
2a. Jordan
2b. Fils Aime
4. Banks

I'm not has high on Banks as a lot of people. I think he's a good special teams player that maybe sees significant reps again next year.

I don't think it's fair to put CFA with Jordan. There's not much of a sample size of CFA. I think Jordan could be a 1k rusher behind a good run OL. He's a hard runner moreso than Chandler but he lacks the speed and shiftiness that Chandler produces. Jordan also tries to bounce it too much imo. Right now, Chandler is our best back but he would be extremely effective if we had a complimentary big back to pound the rock. Similar to Chubb/Michel.

I love the excitement but the other side to the story is if these guys aren't ready they are going to get pushed around. I've seen a lot of big guys get their ass kicked in the sec. 🤞🏾hopefully we ready. This offseason joy drives me crazy 31 days need to hurry.

The book on Pruitt is unfinished, but I'm ready to say to Fitz has done an excellent job with S&C. Virtually everyone on this team looks much bigger and stronger than they did a year ago.
That book is one of them choose your own adventure books right?

Sounds good. We have had glamour shots before. I want the players who fight through the pain, stay in the game, finish, win blocks on offense and get off blocks on defense, tackle in the open field, out run their competition, and walk off the field winners instead of losers. Another loss to Mo, Ky, SC, or Vandy is unacceptable.

And with fewer training injuries that have plagued us in the past. Hopeful that continues this year. Reality is that the better shape you are in, the fewer injuries you have. You are more likely to get injured when tired than fresh.

People keep sleeping on Eric gray. The kid is special
Is he good enough to play this year barring injuries? I would be pretty surprised if he takes snaps away from Chandler and Jordan.

He would have to be significantly better for Pruitt to bench two guys with a tremendous amount of experience IMO.

I hope we can aim a little higher than that. My how far we have fallen.....
I always aim for undefeated NC years. Sometimes reality gets in the way. I believe we will be back to beating those we have historically beaten. I still believe there is an upset waiting in the wings this year as well.

Whether we are the most talented up front or not...Just don't get road graded, and we'll have a better season than people think. The extra beef will help immensely! If those dudes can just fill a gap and hold blocks, then our LB's (one of the strengths of our team) can rush and I trust our secondary on an island.

Doesn't mean he can last 4 quarters in the trenches.
Not as a freshman and there are very few big men "in the trenches" that play every snap. Keep rotating fresh horses during each game. We're gonna be thin along the DL if we can't get Solomon a waiver. LBer's gonna have to pick up the slack.

Yes and I would put Crouch in at RB also

Barring some outrageous injury situation, I would keep Crouch at LB to learn the position(s) and gain experience. My main reason is that we are off to a slow start in recruiting LBs and DL men and I see these two positions as great areas of need. With CJP and CDA handling the DBs, those positions should be in better shape.
