This is a good Monday, our residents finally got to eat in our newly renovated main dining. We have a lot of new residents that have never eaten in there, so it took 2 hours to corrdinate everyone and get the Dining staff used to the routine (we know room numbers, not faces). Everyone's breakfast is different and the cook and servers had to get that right for each one. The staff was so excited and was clapping, the residents just looked at us like we had lost our minds, lol.
