Almost time!! Downloading it at 12!

Quick question, off topic. Do you download games a lot? Instead of buying a physical copy? Why?

Just want to know, I have thought about it, but always prefer to have a physical copy so that I can trade it in later.

I'm really excited about their revamped prospect system.

Bought the game. Have mid terms on Friday.

I make dumb decisions.

Only had time to play one game of RTTS, but the positioning of the sweet spot seems to be a lot easier this year. Fourth, and final, at bat I knocked my first HR.

Played one game, I was the Mets vs the Cubs. I lost 3-1, they had 14 hits and I had 5. I had 3 errors.

The presentation is really good as are the graphics.
The new throw meter takes some time to get use to (that is where my errors came from).
Hitting is still a challenge for me.

What pitching type and hitting type do you guys use? Also, do you always guess pitch/location?

I use stick hitting and guess pitch. Used the pulse pitch and meter last year

Also, my only issue which is a big one: multiple times the game would stutter as the opposing pitcher was about to release the ball and it would mess up my timing.

Love the button accuracy throwing. Won my first game with rays vs orioles in franchise 6-2. Went longo with longo twice

Is the gameplay the same as last year? I couldn't hit worth a crap last year so I'm probably not getting it this year.

I think it is better, they also have a beginner mode to help people get the timing for hitting. I believe they start off throwing fastballs right down the pipe, and when you get the timing down you get different locations/pitches.
