Doing CBS this year. IMO auto draft is the best... you have enough time to trade around and sign to get a good lineup.

Created a 3rd baseman in the RTTS. Got drafted by the Giants, went 1 for 4 my first game. So my guy has a dual flap helmet, but I selected NO. Anyone else have this problem?

Gettin aggitated. Battin .356 12hrs 49 rbi .530 slg 2 stolen bases and only 3 errors. Last month of season comin up still no hint of movin up. Oh and have 15 triples. Next person in AA behind me has 5.

Been playing online and it had been very good. I'm 3-2, but the games I lost,I made costly mistakes.

Can someone explain the pitching box icons and colors? When it has red and blue squares is that hot and cold for the batter or what? And what about the arrows or arrow on the ball and the little fire ball it shows before pitch?

Not fire ball, but reddish orange splat

Pitching box icons and colors: X=best pitch, O=2nd best pitch, Triangle=3 best pitch, Square=4th best pitch, R1= fifth best pitch. And the blue bar next to each pitch is your pitchers confidence in that pitch.

Red is a batters hot zone (stay away from it), blue is the batters cold zone.

The arrows on the ball is how the ball is going to break. So if they ball has arrows pointing down, then you want to aim the ball a little higher since the ball is going to break down on its way to the plate. Hope this helps.

There is an in-game digital manual that replaced the older paper versions that used to be included in the game box. I would suggest you take a look at it as it will explain these things better than an answer you would get from here imo.

Why can I not throw a runner out at first? I've used d pad left stick, no direction and it always throws to 2nd even when no runner is there

Christ....can you read?? Look in the manual, the default for throwing is the buttons. I promise you, its in the manual and so is the answer to all of your questions for the most part.

I did and I just pressed O and it threw to ss. It will not allow me to throw a runner out. Is it cause I need to work on those skills maybe?

yeah, andddddddddddddddd familiarize yourself with the controls in the manual lol. Because you are doing something crazy wrong if you are pressing the O button and it is throwing it to SS

You are either high or you need a new controller if you are pressing O and it is being thrown to the SS.....that or you are unfamiliar with what the SS is and where he is on the field.
