I told myself I wouldn't buy it since I had 08, but after reading everything they added I had to buy it. Plus getting bench in '08 Road to The Show while leading my team in HR, RBI, & Steals helped me get this due to them adding better training for the Road to the Show mode.

So the 6'-10" 1st baseman will be created when I get home. :dance2:

You sure he will have time to play first base, I thought he was tied up playing RD in hockey???:crazy:

I agree!!!!!!! I really hope we hear this in the features updates for NCAA10. It is not enough to hear BearCat complain about a call thru the party, it needs to be seen as well. And yes I did just refer to myself in the third person!!:crazy:

Is it already out? I bought "The Show 08" Friday night, guess I will have to make that leap, may wait for it to come back used and save a few bucks.

Smoke have you tried MLB 2K9 for 360?? What are your impressions compared to the Show?

Demo was pretty good on 2k, but I have not played to full game yet on either. However demo wise The Show still has the a big edge.

Well just play the darn game on 360 and let me know what you think. I absolutely love it, but Mason told me a few of his buddies said it sucked big time.

If you want a great MLB game top to bottom get The Show!!

Whatever it takes save your allowance, rob a bank, steal from your neighbor, sell your body, and most of all don't buy a 72" TV......Pick one of those steps and buy a PS3 for The Show now!

Enough said.

smokey or anyone else who has purchased this release, how do you like the hitting? i have read some reviews about people not being able to get the timing and good contact on pitches. do you guys see an issue with this in 09' the show? i have 08' the show and love it and am wondering if i should go ahead and get '09?

IMO hitting is more realistic in '09....You have to work at it and build or character up in Road to the Show mode
