White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt suggested on Monday that CNN was guilty of inciting and “encouraging violence” for its reporting on ICEBlock, a new app that tracks and alerts users to the whereabouts of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.

Daily Wire reporter Mary Margaret Olohan asked Leavitt to respond to the CNN report, considering there has been a 500% increase in assaults against ICE agents, according to recent DHS reports. Leavitt said she would need to see the segment herself but condemned CNN for airing it nevertheless.

“Surely, it sounds like this would be an incitement of further violence against our ICE officers,” Leavitt said. “As you know, as you stated, there’s been a 500% increase in violence against ICE agents, law enforcement officers across the country who are just simply trying to do their jobs and remove public safety threats from our communities.”

I'm 100% in agreement with stopping the naturalization process for people convicted of felonies and then deporting them after they go through the process. I'm also 100% in agreement of stripping citizenship from a naturalized individual if it's found that they lied/falsified their paperwork/application even in the absence of a felony conviction.

In no circumstances (other than fraud on the application/paperwork) should a citizen whether they were naturalized or birthright be stripped of citizenship and deported for any reason.

its a bad idea.

the government will never stop once they have the power to strip away citizenship. it will just get expanded with each new "emergency". no Covid vaccine, no citizenship. luthers greater good will override any individual right you, me, or anyone else may have. especially once he is able to strip away your citizenship, and then Trump's precedence of having a two class right system is going to bite us even harder.

Which part is the bad idea? The government has had the power to strip citizenship from a naturalized citizen for well over a hundred years. If someone is proven to have lied or fraudulently applied for citizenship it should be stripped and they should be deported.

depends on how they go about it. if the government comes back and redefines a whole bunch of stuff that gets you sent to band camp after you have been naturalized its a bad precedence. if protesting, or saying stuff the government doesn't like, gets you kicked off or targetted, its bad.

you are relying on the government being fair and balanced, and we aren't there now, and it will only get worse.

Father Arrested By ICE Agents Outside His Home​


MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An undocumented father’s arrest was caught on camera after Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents came to his home.

The family is now claiming that their Fourth Amendment rights, which protect individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures, were violated.

Edgar Perez said all he could do was watch as his father, Gerardo Granados, was arrested on Tuesday morning by ICE agents.
