Anthony Fabian Marin La Torre, 42, was initially caught at the southern border in San Luis, Arizona, on Sept. 26, 2022 and released into the US, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Venezuelan authorities notified the US on Feb. 18 that Marin La Torre was on the run for killings back home, according to ICE.

A federal judge on Monday denied an injunction request to prevent the Department of Homeland Security and Internal Revenue Service from partnering to permit U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) to access taxpayer information to locate illegal immigrants subject to deportation.

ICE Agents Arrest Nearly 200 Criminal Illegals in Nashville, Including Wanted Killers, Rapists, Drug Dealers​

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested almost 200 criminal illegal aliens across Nashville, Tennessee, thanks in part to the agency’s 287(g) agreements with local law enforcement.

Among the 196 illegal aliens arrested by ICE agents during the Nashville operation were 95 convicted criminals and those with pending charges against them, including an MS-13 gang member wanted in his native El Salvador for murder.

In addition, 31 of the arrested illegal aliens had previously been deported from the United States.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials, in a news release, slammed Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell (D) for supporting sanctuary city policies that shield even the most violent criminal illegal aliens from federal immigration enforcement.

in this case the Judge had legal authority to do what she did due to NY's DOC failures. The leftist district Judges against Trump have no authority in trying to strip away Executive branch authority and dictate nationwide policy..
