Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

Glamorous Coachella-bound Beauty Queen is Deported while trying to travel to festival

A former Brazilian beauty queen was deported from the United States after customs agents deemed she was a threat to the country's national security.

Francielly Ouriques was connecting at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago on April 10 for a flight to California to attend the 2025 Coachella festival when she was intercepted by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents.

In a video posted on social media earlier this week, Ouriques said that she was escorted to a room for a secondary inspection and underwent questioning.

She revealed that one of the reasons that led to her removal was that she was carrying luggage for a friend.

While searching through her purse, customs agents found four tablets of Tramal – a severe pain medication – that is considered illegal in the United States.

Ouriques explained that she spent five hours in a room with other foreign travelers who were pulled to the side as CBP agents inspected her smart phone before finally ruling that her tourist visa would be revoked.

'They claimed that I was suspected of illegal job in the United States and that I was an threat to the country,' she said.

Brazilian influencer and three-time beauty queen Francielly Ouriques had her visa revoked and was Deported from the United States on April 10 after U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents pulled her over at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, where she was connecting to a flight to California to attend the Coachella festival

Ouriques revealed that she had visited the United States in 2024 with a former boyfriend and that they had spoken about opening a business together.

The agents, Ouriques said, discovered messages from her month-long stay and her conversations with a company regarding her visa status.

'So my access was denied in the United States, and my visa was going to be canceled,' she said.

Ouriques said she was holed up inside a freezing, three-square-foot cell for 15 hours and was only given a bottle of water and box meal.

Ouriques was transported in a CBP vehicle to a United Airlines terminal for her return flight to Brazil and was not handed her passport until the flight landed.

The model approached Brazil's Federal Police for counsel on how to deal with the deportation, but she was told that it was out of their jurisdiction.

Federal Judge Denies emergency request to block ‘imminent’ deportation flights under Alien Enemies Act

US District Judge James Boasberg denied an emergency request from lawyers for alleged Venezuelan gang members Thursday seeking to block “imminent” deportations under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.

The American Civil Liberties Union, which is representing suspected Tren de Aragua gang members being detained in Texas, had asked Boasberg to issue a temporary restraining order requiring 30 days’ notice from the Trump administration before any of their clients are deported under the 18th-century law after learning the removal notices had recently been issued to detainees.

New Mexico Democrat Judge Resigns After ICE Arrests Alleged Tren de Aragua Gang Member in His Home

A Democrat judge in New Mexico resigned from his bench last month after immigration agents arrested an alleged Tren de Aragua gang member living in his home. The illegal alien entered the U.S. in Eagle Pass, Texas, before being released on an immigration parole due to overcrowding. He eventually moved to New Mexico.

Federal prosecutors in the District of New Mexico allege that 23-year-old Cristhian Ortega-Lopez was illegally in possession of a firearm and has ties to the hyperviolent Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua. Earlier this year, President Donald Trump and the U.S. State Department declared the gang to be a foreign terrorist organization.

Police arrested Orgega-Lopez while executing a search warrant on February 28 at the home of Dona Ana County, New Mexico, Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy, the Albuquerque Journal reported this week. The report follows a detention hearing where prosecutors claim the illegal alien is a flight risk and an alleged Tren de Aragua gang member.

Cano, a former police officer, allowed Ortega-Lopez to file a request for immigration relief using the judge’s residential address. Court exhibits also posted social media posts of the foreign national posing with the judge.

Arizona Dem. Gov. Hobbs Vetoes Bill Requiring Police to Cooperate with ICE

Left-wing Arizona Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs has vetoed a bill passed by the state legislature that would require local and state law enforcement to cooperate with federal Immigration officials.

The Republican-led legislature passed a bill that outlawed local jurisdictions from passing ordinances that would prevent local police from working with federal immigration authorities or block federal immigration actions and funding, the Associated Press (AP) reported.

The bill would also have required locals to cooperate on immigration detainers and to inform federal officials about migrants being held in custody or about to be released from jails and prisons.

Trump Admin Reups $5M Reward For Capture Of MS-13 Kingpin: ‘Turn him in. End this threat’

The Trump administration reupped a $5 million reward Monday for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Yulan Adonay Archaga Carías, the alleged leader of MS-13 in Honduras.

Archaga Carías, who also goes by “Porky,” directs several of the notoriously violent gang’s criminal activities, including drug trafficking, money laundering, murder and kidnappings, according to the State Department.

The US government’s $5 million bounty for Archaga Carías was first offered in 2023 under the State Department’s Transnational Organized Crime Rewards Program but is being highlighted once again as part of the Trump administration’s efforts to combat the gang, which earlier this year President Trump designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

Archaga Carías is on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

“This terrorist leader can no longer be allowed to live free as MS-13’s evil devastates communities in America and throughout the western hemisphere,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement. “If you can contribute information leading to his arrest – come forward now.”

Of course she did, she hates America.

Gorsuch, Roberts side with Left-Leaning Supreme Court Justices in immigration ruling

Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote the majority opinion in the 5-4 court case – a possible sign of the court's thinking as it gears up to hear high-profile immigration cases next month

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday sided with left-leaning justices in an immigration appeals case, a narrow ruling that could portend the court's future thinking amid a flurry of legal cases centered on immigration.

The 5-4 ruling in Monsalvo Velazquez v. Bondi centered on the government's interpretation of a 60-day "voluntary departure" deadline, which authorities can use to allow certain immigrants deemed to be of "good moral character" to depart the U.S. on their own terms within that timeframe.

The Supreme Court ruled, with the backing of Roberts and Gorsuch, that any voluntary departure deadlines for immigrants under the 60-day departure time frame that fall on a weekend or on a legal holiday in the U.S. should be extended to the next business day.

Writing for the majority, Gorsuch noted that this interpretation of the 60-day period aligns with long-standing administrative practices, including in immigration law.

Gorsuch was joined in the majority decision by Roberts, and Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson.

The court's ruling overturns the decision of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Board of Immigration Appeals, which had voted to reject that interpretation in the case of Monsalvo Velázquez, a 32-year-old Colorado resident targeted for removal in 2019.

And while the case in question centers largely on the technicalities of certain immigration proceedings, the slim majority ruling could offer early signs of the court's thinking as justices gear up for a flurry of high-profile immigration cases – including cases centered on due process protections for migrants, and on nationwide injunctions that block Trump's birthright citizenship ban from taking force.

5 Democrats Visit Anti-Israel Activist Mahmoud Khalil in ICE Detention: ‘Harrowing Conditions’

A group of Democrat lawmakers visited two anti-Israel activists held in Louisiana Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities this week, claiming they are “unlawfully held in harrowing conditions” after having been taken into custody and having their student visas revoked.

Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA), Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Rep. Jim McGovern (D-MA) were pictured outside one of the facilities on Tuesday, with Pressley reporting that they were there to visit Mahmoud Khalil and her “constituent,” Rumeysa Ozturk:

The BBC reported that Rep. Troy Carter (D-LA) and Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) also joined the Massachusetts lawmakers to visit the pair.

“To Rümeysa, Mahmoud, and everyone who has been harmed by this lawless White House: we see you and we won’t stop fighting for you,” Pressley wrote on social media, adding that both former college students “are being unlawfully held in harrowing conditions.”

Khalil, a 30-year-old former graduate student of Columbia University who was born in Syria to Palestinian parents, was arrested by ICE officials in March after leading radical protests on the New York institution’s campus, Breitbart News reported.

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Khalil “led activities aligned to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization” as an activist at Columbia:

In defense of his arrest and subsequent transport to a Louisiana ICE facility, Trump administration border czar Tom Homan said, “You can’t go and call for the annihilation of Israel and take over a college campus and take over a college building and destroy government property. You can’t hand out literature supporting a terrorist organization.”

The latest Democrat field trip comes just days after Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) led the charge to El Salvador to meet with accused MS-13 gang member and alleged wife beater Kilmar Abrego Garcia. He was soon followed by four more fellow Democrats: Reps. Yassamin Ansari (D-AZ), Maxine Dexter (D-OR), Maxwell Frost (D-FL), and Robert Garcia (D-CA).
