Our local county jail (Brazil,IN) has been a ICE detention center for about 10 years. They use to average about 20 illegals a month. Since Trump they are averaging 110 a week. They take them in from several states in the Midwest.

An illegal alien from Mexico has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Cincinnati, Ohio, for allegedly filming himself sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.

Victor Juarez, a 26-year-old illegal alien, was indicted this week for allegedly creating videos of himself sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl on at least 13 instances in October and November of last year.

In addition to 13 counts of sexual exploitation of children, Juarez was charged with rape in February of this year in Hamilton County, Ohio. The federal charges against him will now override the local charges, prosecutors say.

A Colombian migrant influencer, who documented immigration raids on social media, has been arrested by ICE while livestreaming.

Leidy Tatiana Mafla-Martinez was filming inside her Tesla when she was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Los Angeles on Friday.

She shrieked 'no, no, no' repeatedly and cried 'wait, wait,' in Spanish as agents ordered her out of the car.

'On August 15, ICE arrested Leidy Tatiana Mafla-Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Colombia who was convicted for driving under the influence in Los Angeles,' Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement to the Daily Mail.

'This criminal illegal alien entered the country in 2022 and was RELEASED by the Biden administration.'

Other footage from the arrest showed officers had to lift Martinez out of her electric vehicle and arrest her as she writhed on the ground.

'During her arrest, Martinez claimed to experience shortness of breath. She was given proper medical treatment and will be held in ICE custody pending removal proceedings,' McLaughlin said.

Onlookers tried to interfere with the arrest, with one person towing away a government vehicle, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Illegal Aliens Arrested for Stealing Saw Palmetto Berry Crop in Florida​

Eleven individuals, many of them illegal aliens, were arrested near Palm City, Florida, and charged with stealing 6,000 pounds of a local farmer’s saw palmetto berry crop.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Deptartment announced the arrests after being called by a local citizen who felt the group of men all dressed in black looked suspicious as they toted buckets out of the grove filled with the valuable berries, WBPF-TV reported.

Two of the alleged thieves are American, and the rest are Guatelaman, KOMO News noted.

Sheriff Budensiek told the media that his deputies set up a surveillance post and recorded the migrants repeatedly walking out of the grove carrying buckets loaded with the berries and dumping them in a U-Haul trailer nearby.

“These guys are smart. They know what they’re doing. They get dropped off early in the morning. They hide in the bushes all day long and they get picked up at dusk for the most part. So they’re slick and they know what’s on the line if they get arrested,” the sheriff told the media, according to WPEC-TV.

All the suspects were charged with grand theft. Eight were slapped with the ICE detainers, and several may have harsher charges filed later due to their criminal histories.

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, a major Democratic leader and rumored presidential candidate, signed a bill into law opening student financial aid to all residents, regardless of immigration status, opening a pathway for illegal immigrants residing in the state to receive educational financial benefits.

The bill reads that “a student who is an Illinois resident and who is not otherwise eligible for federal financial aid, including, but not limited to, a transgender student who is disqualified for failure to register for selective service or a noncitizen student who has not obtained lawful permanent residence, shall be eligible for financial aid and benefits.”
