Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

Top CEO of huge taxpayer-funded company is forced to step down over his immigration status

The head of Atlanta's transit agency has stepped down after losing legal authorization to work in the United States.

MARTA General Manager and CEO Collie Greenwood announced his early retirement following the expiration of his Employment Authorization Document (EAD), which allowed him to work in the U.S. as a Canadian citizen.

'Due to immigration and personal matters, [Greenwood] has chosen to leave his employment and elect early retirement,' Jonathan Hunt, MARTA's chief legal counsel, said.

Greenwood's work permit expired on June 18, according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution, and while he remains in the U.S. legally on a valid Canadian visa, his green card has not yet been issued.

In a statement, MARTA said Greenwood was 'recently notified that his Permanent Resident Card (green card) is forthcoming' and that, 'out of an abundance of caution,' he stopped working when his EAD expired.

Again..... how does someone like this rise to the position he did.... ? And how did he get a SSN? Was it fraudulent?

You do realize that foreign nationals can get a work permit and legally work in the United States, don't you?

Good news for our country. It is amazing what can happen when a President enforces the border ...

From the article:

Panama’s notorious Darien Gap, once a treacherous corridor for tens of thousands of U.S.-bound migrants, including dangerous criminals, is now virtually deserted amid President Donald Trump’s aggressive immigration crackdown and Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino’s vow to shutter the deadly route.

Migrant crossings in the remote 60-mile jungle trek connecting Colombia to Panama – which officials described as "notorious for exposing migrants, including children and the most vulnerable, to sexual abuse, trafficking, and exploitation" – have plummeted to just 10 in June, according to figures released by both the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Panama’s National Migration Service.

The new figures mark a staggering 99.98% drop from the route’s peak under the Biden administration in August 2023, when more than 82,000 migrants surged through the gap in a single month, according to the DHS.

Yes I realize that. I find it amazing that a foreign national would be the CEO of an American based company that's all. I guess out of 330 million Americans that we hod to outsource the transit system of Atlanta. Well... it is Atlanta though.

How many of those 330 million Americans had 30 years of experience with a large metropolitan transit authority before they were even hired by MARTA?

you will see the regular defense of this:

1. first they will claim it never happened.
2. then they will say it was an isolated incident and nothing bad was done.
3. then they will say its worth while when a citizen loses their rights in order to fulfill Trump's dream.

Chaofeng Ge, a 32-year-old citizen of China, was pronounced dead at the Moshannon Valley Processing Center in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, after jailers found him hanging by the neck in a shower room. Ge was facing removal from the United States after his conviction for charges related to a credit card fraud scheme earlier this year.

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Ge had been in custody for five days and was awaiting a removal hearing before the Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Staff members of the ICE detention facility found Ge hanging by the neck in the shower room of his detention pod at 5:21 a.m. on Tuesday. The staff members lowered Ge to the ground and administered CPR as they awaited EMS arrival.

Illegal Migrant Caught With $12M Of Crystal Meth In South Dakota: officials

An illegal immigrant was arrested in South Dakota while transporting $12 million in methamphetamine — the largest single seizure of the drug in the state Highway Patrol’s history, Gov. Larry Rhoden announced on Monday.

The 42-year-old man, who was not identified, was pulled over during a traffic stop by South Dakota Highway Patrol while he was speeding on Interstate 90 in Sturgis, roughly 100 miles west of the Wyoming border, according to a press release from the governor’s office.

Turns out, the driver was carting a staggering 207 pounds of crystal meth in his vehicle — roughly the same weight of an adult black bear.

Authorities emptied out his vehicle and recovered stash, which has a street value of approximately $12 million, according to the release.

The suspect was “found to be a non-citizen and is now in immigration proceedings,” according to the release. His country of origin and where he was detained is unclear.
