US Coast Guard Nabs 16 Mexican Immigrants Crammed Aboard Sailboat Off The California Coast

The US Coast Guard intercepted a 25-foot sailboat crammed with 16 illegal Mexican immigrants off the coast of California on Saturday and turned them over to the border patrol, the agency said.

The crowded boat was spotted by a Coast Guard Lockheed C-130 Hercules airplane about 54 miles off the shore of Point Lima near San Diego, with a cutter then dispatched to intercept the craft, the Coast Guard said in a press release on Sunday.

Convict Admits Framing illegal migrant for Trump assassination plot in dramatic twist

An illegal migrant accused of planning to assassinate Donald Trump was framed in an elaborate scheme to stop him testifying in court, prosecutors say.

Ramon Morales-Reyes, 54, was rounded up by ICE last week after Milwaukee cops accused him of writing a chilling letter to a border agent warning he was 'tired of this president messing with us Mexicans'.

'We have done more for this country than you white people—you have been deporting my family and I think it is time Donald J. Trump get what he has coming to him,' the letter read.

Morales-Reyes' arrest was lauded by DHS Secretary Kristi Noem at the time, but according to a filing in Milwaukee County on Monday, the letter was fake.

Demetric Scott, 52, was arrested after allegedly trying to frame Morales-Reyes and get him deported so he would not be able to testify against him in a violent armed robbery case.

He is set to stand trial next month, with Morales-Reyes reportedly expected to be a key witness.

Boulder terror suspect's Wife and FIVE Kids are Arrested

The wife and five children of the suspect who allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at pro-Israeli protestors have been arrested by authorities.

The family of Mohamed Soliman, 45, were taken into custody by agents with ICE and Homeland Security on Tuesday.

The suspect's family are being processed for expedited removal, which would allow authorities to rapidly deport them without a hearing in an immigration court.

Trump Admin's Show of Mercy for adorable Mexican migrant girl receiving life-saving care in California

Donald Trump's Department of Homeland Security granted an adorable Mexican migrant girl, 4, humanitarian parole so she could continue to receive life-saving care in California.

The department has cracked down on undocumented migration and dismantled a Biden-era policy that allowed migrants to request humanitarian parole on a mobile app.

Deysi Vargas and her daughter, who was identified only by her initials, received legal immigration status in 2023 so that the girl could receive care for short bowel syndrome.

ICE Officers Stranded in Djibouti under ‘outrageous’ conditions after court blocked criminal migrant deportations: source

WASHINGTON — Three Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers have been marooned in Djibouti with eight criminal migrants under “outrageous” living conditions and the threat of rocket attacks from Yemen after a federal judge barred the convicts’ deportation to South Sudan, The Post has learned.

The eight migrants — who have been convicted of murder, sexually assaulting minors, robbery and arson, among other crimes — are being housed in a Conex shipping container on a US naval base in the African country and are watched around the clock by the team of ICE officers.

Pentagon officials warned ICE after the team’s arrival that Camp Lemonnier is at risk of rocket strikes from Houthi terrorists across the Red Sea in Yemen, while the officers have also been exposed to toxic smog from nearby burn pits where locals dispose of trash and human waste.

Department of Defense officials warned ICE after the team’s arrival that Camp Lemonnier is at risk of rocket strikes from Yemen and choked by toxic smog from nearby burn pits where locals dispose of trash and human waste.

Following a late May order by US District Judge Brian Murphy in Boston, the officers had to land the flight carrying the migrants in East Africa without taking any anti-malaria medication — which was not provided until more than two days after they arrived.

In addition, the officers are the only federal personnel authorized to escort the migrants to the bathroom and pat them down for weapons and contraband, and the grueling ordeal has required them to be relieved by fill-in teams periodically.

“It is outrageous that this judge is putting the health and safety of law enforcement officers at risk for the sake of criminals,” the source said.

Murphy, an appointee of President Joe Biden, ordered the flight grounded May 22 when he ruled that the Trump administration had “unquestionably” violated a March court order pausing migrant removals to countries from which they do not originate.

ICE facilities bursting at the seams with 53K illegal migrants in detention — with agency desperate for more funds

Federal immigration detention centers are filled to the brim, holding roughly 53,000 illegal migrants under Trump administration’s latest push — in what some ICE sources say is an “unsustainable” pace of arrests considering current funding.

The current number of illegal migrants in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody is beyond what is funded by Congress, and sources say more facilities are going to be opening to continue to expand the number of available detention beds.

Third Navy Destroyer heads to Southern Waters as administration strengthens Maritime Border Security

USS Cole joins ongoing Maritime Operations that recently seized $13.6M worth of cocaine

The Navy on Friday announced a third destroyer is being sent to the southern border to aid in the ongoing efforts to patrol the U.S.-Mexico boundary in an effort to curb illegal immigration and drug smuggling.

Navy officials said the USS Cole, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, has departed Mayport, Florida, to support southern border operations.

Earlier this year, the USS Spurance deployed from its homeport of San Diego, and the USS Gravely deployed from its homeport of Norfolk, Virginia.

Both vessels are currently sailing in waters on either side of Mexico, with a Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment (LEDET) team on board. Together, the crews will work closely with the Coast Guard to intercept drug trafficking operations.

Chaos breaks out as ICE Raids Business in downtown Los Angeles and locals revolt: 'We will not stand for this'

Federal immigration officials clashed with protesters as they raided several downtown Los Angeles locations on Friday.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) were spotted at a Home Depot, an apartment complex, federal courts and even in the fashion district.

Crowds of protesters swarmed the officers on Friday in an attempt to stop the detentions, reported KTLA.

However, there efforts were unsuccessful and at least 45 people across seven locations were detained, according to Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights Executive Director Angelica Salas.

One of those detainees has been identified as Service Employees International Union California President David Huerta, who was pepper-sprayed and injured while being taken into custody, Mayor Karen Bass told NBC Los Angeles.
