I gave up on this thread because it's titled with a Miller brand... Please. If I'm drinking cheap piss beer, I want it to be least unpleasant as possible, e.g. least flavor.
Anyhow, I'm counting down the minutes until I turn 21 and can get my Rogue Nation membership. I'm already an unnofficial member, Arrogant Bastard is the best beer I've ever had.

PS They are in Oregon, and make Dead Guy; I think that one is nationally distributed.
PPS One of the most hilarious things I've ever seen in my life. During my family visit to Nashville, I was talking with my uncle from Indiana about beer. I brought up Rogue and referred to Portland as the beer capital of the US. He called BS and said Rogue was possibly the worst beer he's ever had. He then went to pick up some PBR for himself and my grandpa. There's just some family genes you're glad you don't get.
Rogue makes some very, very good beers. My brother (a homebrewer and Vancouver, WA resident) is quite fond -- says going to the ale house is incredible and that tasting the varietals on tap there is as good as it gets. Some specialty stores around K-town and Nashville carry quite a few varieties, and Fresh Market usually has Dead Guy and (I believe) the Shakespeare Stout.
Not coincidentally, my brother has named his son due in a couple of months: Rogue.
On the subject of "cream ales:" Belhaven makes an excellent one -- my favorite when we used to visit the Flying Saucer in Memphis.
