Mike Leach (Texas Tech)

dont understand y y everone doesnt want leach bc he coaches teams to 8 wins every year. 8 wins is pretty good.lets be realistic, we arent gonna go to the national championship game every year

Leach, 1-16 on the road against ranked teams

Stoops, 59-2 at home (11-0 vs ranked teams) = Bad news for Texas Tech tomorrow.

uhh duhh 8 wins is chump!

Where in the he!! did you go to school? AL or AR?

my point is not for/against Chavis at all. I'm just pointing out that the ridiculous bashing of a defense very few would actually be able to ID, and that most other teams run, is old and tired.

Yup. It's no different than hearing the usual blather for or against "the spread", when not one person on this board or anywhere in the country has actually been able to define it by a set of criteria.

Would Leach be bringing his Def. Coordinator? because I want Steele in Knoxville next year? I venture to guess no one knows or else there would be a thread on it somewhere, but if any of you think there is a chance we get both Leach and Steele enlighten me please.

Just heard of ESPN radio that Leach took his team to the movies last night. He went to see Twilight. Do you want a coach that takes his team to a movie about a 13 year old girl in love with a vampire? The night before the biggest game in their lives? Im all for the movie thing, but how about something a little more macho?

It's a fair question, troll. Take off the orange sunglasses and be objective.

"Troll"? That's a bit harsh. I must have struck a nerve.

Go back and read a few of my posts. I've never had orange sunglasses on. Quite the opposite.

I also don't "troll" on other SEC teams fan boards, unlike one of us.

Like I said, enjoy 2008. Once we get a new staff in place, UK is back where they belong, battling Vandy for 5th place in the SEC East. I'll gladly take one or two "down years", as opposed to the decades of futility that UK football has enjoyed.

Go Vols.

This may have been covered but I don't want to search 174 pages of posts, but, what were his offense numbers when he was at KY? What kind of ypg and ppg was he putting up?

well I'm definitely on board the Leach bandwagon. Can't wait to decorate the Vol Navy like Pirate Ships.

To Mike Leach.

Unless he makes some sort of miracle 2nd half come back i say No!

He's had two weeks to prepare for this game and OU picking them apart and the offense is non existent.

Keep Looking Hamilton!
