Ill be completely honest, I dont know much about this dude. Can someone compare him to Gundy? Is he even in the same class as Gundy?
The reason I ask, is it seems people a very excited about him so Im trying to understand why.
Here is my short, halfway objective comparison.
Mike Gundy: 113- 53; .681 winning percentage. National Coach of the year 2011, Big 12 COY 2010. Bowl record 7-4. 6 consensus All Americans. Has Sweet Mullet, and not afraid to call out the media in defense of his players. Has been at OSU his whole career except for one year as QB coach at Baylor and three as QB coach at Maryland.
