A coach who was 12-25 his first 3 seasons at wsu
He took an awful program that was rock bottom and just had the best 3 year stretch in their history, including an 11-2 season last year where they finished top-10 in the nation... After he did the same thing with Texas Tech.
(The only reason he ended up at Wash St. was bc the Texas Tech Controversy)
His Former QBs turned assistant coaches include Lincoln Riley (OU Head Coach), Kliff Kingsbury (Cardinals Head Coach), Graham Harrell (USC OC) and they're all using the air-raid offense that he perfected.
Not saying it would've been a perfect hire, but he's going to end up at a major program and crush it there... Steve Spurrier is correct.
