Migration Nightmares Hitting Europe

Abusing a moniker like this devalues it, unfortunately.

It used to be that if someone was designated a racist, it was a major blow to their reputation. Thus, if an actual racist was called racist, it meant something. Now, it's been so abused that it's meaningless.

Same with "far right".
Yep. Also bigot and Nazi

So I'm not up on foreign politics at all. Conservative had a much different meaning in Europe apparently. But hearing that the socialists didn't perform well makes me believe the right fared well.

Can someone give me a non partisan breakdown?

Germany had threatened to not recognize the results of the election if their "far right" party ...ADF? ...won a big portion of their election? Are they gonna do like France did not long ago when the equivalent party won their election but was STILL denied being in power? Apparently thats possible in these countries. Hopefully the Germans fare better than the French.

The CDU isn’t conservative in the way Americans think of liberal vs. conservative. In Europe, they are a center-right party, but they wouldn’t be considered as such here. They are much more socially liberal and, while they favor a free-market, they support significantly more government involvement in social programs than US conservatives do. The closest comparison in the US would be the Eisenhower-era Republican Party. The ADF, and their right wing populist platform, is much more akin to the Republicans of today.

Likewise, Liberal has a much different meaning there as well.

Migrant Powder Keg: Turmoil In Ireland Amid 300% Rise In Asylum Seekers With Violence As Machete Attacks And Drug-Fuelled Brawls Become The New Normal On The Streets Of Dublin

Ireland has exploded into a wave of violence as anti-migrant anger is at an all time high - after the number of people applying to come into the country rocketed by nearly 300 per cent five years.

Shocking new videos show Dublin descending into chaos - with fighting thugs throwing themselves into busses, knife fights on their streets and mass brawls sparking in residential roads.

In others, men patrol the capital to keep the city 'safe' while police can be seen using riot shields and pepper spray as they crack down on protests.

As many as 150,000 people moved to Ireland in 2023-24, Central Statistics Office (CSO) figures revealed, the highest number in 17 years - with many of them accommodated in poor areas of central Dublin or small provincial towns. Only 30,000 of these were returning Irish citizens.

There are now nearly 33,000 international protection applicants being housed across the nation, up from 7,244 in 2017. Alongside arrivals from Africa and the Middle East, 100,000 refugees flocked to the country following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Each costs the nation nearly £70 a day, a figure that has increased by a third in two years. At the end of last year the Irish Refugee Council revealed there were a record 3,001 asylum seekers homeless in Ireland.

The budget for housing Ukranian refugees has been slashed from £910million in 2023 to less than £340million this year, with officials saying the reduction is expected to continue.

Once sleepy towns are now homes to hundreds of asylum seekers while tent cities have been set up along Dublin's Grand Canal.

And with far-right sentiment at fever pitch the country is on a knife edge - with even Ireland's left-wing politicians admitting that the influx of migrants was driving a spike in homelessness.

ROOKE: Germany’s Migrant Policies Should Force Trump Into Action

An American woman living in Germany needs to be rescued, and only President Donald Trump can make that happen.

The trial for a 20-year-old American citizen in the stabbing death of her alleged sexual assaulter begins this week. German authorities arrested a 20-year-old American female after turning herself into police custody for fatally stabbing 64-year-old African migrant Alem Tekeste, who reportedly sexually assaulted the woman at the Kaiserslautern station in southwest Germany in June 2024.

Apparently, the woman was born in Germany but is an American citizen. She reportedly worked as a civilian contractor at the Ramstein Air Base when the attack occurred. Her name will remain anonymous due to her age.

The woman and her alleged perpetrator were leaving the Kaiserslautern station on June 29 when Tekeste grabbed the woman’s butt. She opened a knife she was carrying with her, making it clear that she would defend herself from his attack. Tekeste then grabbed her knife-wielding arm. The woman broke free from his grasp and then stabbed Tekeste in the heart with her knife. He died from his wounds. She turned herself in to authorities but held firm that she did not intend to kill him. She only wanted to keep Tekeste away from her. (Sign up for Mary Rooke’s weekly newsletter here!)

The prosecutors in the case said that despite her account of the sexual assault, they do not think her actions were in self-defense. They charged her with causing bodily harm resulting in death, which carries a possible 10-year prison sentence.

In 2023, nine migrants from Afghanistan, Armenia, Egypt, Iran, Kuwait, Libya, and Poland were convicted of gang-raping a 15-year-old girl in Hamburg’s city park. A German regional court sentenced only one of the men to prison time. The rest were suspended on probation or preliminary probation.

I agree its likely bs. But I am tired of seeing our government get involved in other countries' laws.

EXCLUSIVE: US woman who fatally stabbed a man 'after he sexually harassed her in German subway station' is spared jail - sparking fury from victim's family

An American woman who stabbed a man to death at a German railway station after she said he had sexually harassed her has been spared jail.

Fallyn Ball, 21, was facing a maximum of ten years in prison but judges ruled that as she was still technically a juvenile under German law when the offence was committed, she should be given a lower sentence which was then suspended.

Judges agreed she had 'acted in self-defence but then deliberately advanced' on Alem Tekeste, 64, 'shifting from defence to attack' in the incident near the top of an escalator killing him within seconds.

Eritrean born Alem had lived in Germany since 1980 and was a German citizen - but the case still caused a furore in a country where issues around immigration are increasingly fraught.

Great. F$&k this muslim trash. If she were my daughter, and he managed to pull through from the initial self defense...I would kill him myself. With my hands, on my schedule. Keep your rapey hands to yourself. Or deal with the consequences.

I cannot believe the native men in Western Europe put up with this BS. Their women too scared to walk outside after dark for fear of being raped. Having a justice system in Leftist Germany where 9 men gang rape an innocent 15yo girl in the city park in Hamburg and only 1 of 9 goes to prison??

HOG was right. Apparently all the men of action and courage in Europe either immigrated to the US, or were killed in WW1 and WW2. Nothing left there but beta cuck liberals. Its no surprise that a small % of the population (muslim immigrants) is able to terrorize the rest of society with no repercussions. All the men who were willing/able to fight have already fled or died. Looks like the muslims will have no trouble at all overrunning Western Europe. Thank God for the Atlantic. The Pacific...and over a Billion firearms in civilian hands in the US. We will keep that BS elsewhere.

EXCLUSIVE: Exposed: Home Office Translators Running a Lucrative Scam to Spring Illegal Immigrants From Detention

Home Office translators are running a lucrative scam to spring illegal immigrants from detention, an undercover Mail investigation has discovered.

Interpreters charge £3,000 to act as witnesses to lie to a judge and secure bail for Albanians caught coming into the UK with fake passports or on small boats and lorries.

The bogus guarantors vouch for the immigrants who they promise the court will stay at their home if released.

But in reality they have no connection with the detainees they testify on behalf of and are happy for them to live anywhere – including beyond the control of the authorities – if bailed without a tag.

Ms Legisi, who herself arrived in the UK on the back of a lorry, appeared on primetime TV in her homeland to criticise the treatment of Albanian migrants in the UK - even as she plotted with our reporter to dupe the British authorities

Denmark's battle to break up 'non-western ghettos' and force migrants to integrate: 'Parallel societies' are targeted in crackdown... but residents declare it racist - and now Euro judges could bring it to an end

A controversial bid to break up 'ghettos' of 'non-Western' immigrant communities in Denmark is set to be challenged in the European Union's top court after residents accused the government of arbitrary and racial discrimination.

Twelve residents from Mjolnerparken, a neighbourhood of Copenhagen affected by the programme, are suing the government over its policy, intended to encourage integration by allowing the eviction of residents in so-called 'ghettos'.

The case will be heard by the court tomorrow, with those affected receiving support from the Open Society Justice Initiative and two UN special rapporteurs. The process is expected to last three to four months.

minorities not living in Ghettos = racism.

there really is no win.

Right.

Norway/Sweden/Denmark all have some of the highest quality of living on the planet if you can stand the winters. Per capita income, public facilities etc as nice as anywhere in Europe. So they want these immigrants to spread out and assimilate into the neighborhoods all over the country and enjoy the quality of life that all the other Danish citizens enjoy...and thats ,"racist". LMAO.

Other than Poland and Russia, Europe is toast. The Globalists running the EU forced all these muslim immigrants on every member nation and they will continue to reproduce at 3x to 4x the rate of the people in the host countries. As soon as they have enough people to sway elections, Sharia laws will show up. A blind man could have seen this coming. Thank God for the Atlantic and Pacific.

Ireland's Asylum Backlash: Huge crowds stage anti-migrant march as Protesters blame Irish government for 'inviting the whole third world to come in' after 300% rise in asylum seekers

Huge crowds have staged anti-migrant protests in Ireland amid growing anger at the government over an increase in arrivals and asylum claims.

More than a thousand are believed to have joined a march in County Donegal's Letterkenny over the weekend, with several hundred having organised a counter-protest.

Ireland has seen anti-migrant anger growing in recent months, over the sheer number of asylum seekers being housed across the nation. Many of them are unable to get accommodation, forcing them to sleep in tents which has further incited anger.

'I want to get one thing straight - the reason we have a housing problem in this county is because our government opened our borders, and invited the whole third world to come in.

'They came in their tens of thousands, and communities like Carrickmacross are suffering the consequences.

Iranian Spy Suspects Were Asylum Seekers Who Entered UK Illegally: Reports

The three Iranian nationals accused of spying on behalf of Tehran amid a counter-terrorism probe reportedly entered the United Kingdom illegally before applying for asylum.

On Saturday, the Metropolitan Police said that it has charged Farhad Javadi Manesh, 44, Mostafa Sepahvand, 39, and Shapoor Qalehali Khani Noori, 55, with “engaging in conduct likely to assist a foreign intelligence service” (Iran) between August of last year to February of this year.

According to a report from The Telegraph, which cited an unnamed prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the three individuals arrived in the UK illegally via migrant boats over the English Channel and on the back of lorries. Upon reaching Britain, the suspected spies applied for asylum.

EXCLUSIVE: Welcome to the road with the fewest English speakers: Residents reveal what they really think of their neighbours... and why some critics are 'unfair'

The long rows of tiny Victorian terraced houses are like hundreds of others around the Midlands, the North and any of the towns and cities whose occupants powered Britain's industrial past.

But Mornington Street, in St Matthew's, Leicester, can 'boast' something the others cannot.

It is, according to official statistics, the road with the lowest proportion of English speakers in the UK. It's hardly a surprise to find that dubious title is claimed by a street in Leicester.

After all, according to the 2021 Census, only 57 per cent of the city's residents were born in England, down from 65 per cent in 2011.

Over the decades, Leicester has been the destination of choice for generations of incoming Bengali, Indian, Pakistani and Somalian migrants, along with many others, each finding groups of their own people, already settled in particular areas of the city.

Germany Sees Record Number of Migrants Granted Citizenship, Syrians Top the List

1748718443036.png
The German government handed out a record number of citizenships to immigrants last year, rising to nearly a quarter of a million passports, with Syrian and Turkish nationals representing the largest cohorts.

According to data collected by 13 of 16 federal states in Germany and provided to the Welt Am Sonntag newspaper, 249,901 foreigners were granted citizenship in 2024, the highest number since records began in 2000. This number surpassed the previous record set in 2023, when 200,095 people were awarded citizenship.

Last year’s record naturalisation number is likely much higher, given that the states of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Schleswig-Holstein did not provide naturalisation records, with data set for release in the coming weeks.

Once again, Syrians and Turks were the main ethnic groups recorded as obtaining German citizenship. However, the paper did note a noticeable increase in the number of Russians being naturalised.

Migrants Receiving Nearly £1 Billion in Universal Credit Welfare Benefits Per Month in Britain

1748718697862.png
Migrant households are receiving nearly £1 billion in welfare benefits per month in Britain, a report has claimed.

According to The Telegraph broadsheet, citing government figures from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), households with at least one foreign national in March received £941 million in universal credit, a welfare scheme in Britain for low-income or unemployed people to help them cope with their cost of living.

This was up from £461 million just three years ago, demonstrating the cost of the post-Brexit mass migration policies implemented by the Conservative Party under Boris Johnson, which saw net migration climb to a record of 906,000 in 2023.

The paper noted that the soaring cost of migrants on the universal credit scheme represented 15.5 per cent of all payments in March.
