Kinda wonder if it intentional towards at&t
Maybe. I heard on the news the building beside the explosion contains, or used to house, one of their data centers. But, this outage could be totally unrelated...although this is the first service outage I've had with AT&T that's been longer than a half hour or so. I've been a customer for almost 2 years.

Wtf was the guy walking through the blast 2 minutes after the explosion!!!?? Who does that? I can tell you from firsthand experience, normal people run away from explosions. Not take their dog on a stroll right through the middle two minutes after detonation.

I said the same thing to my wife.

I think he’s evacuating rather than walking his dog. There’s broken glass and other debris everywhere so he’s being careful about where they’re stepping.

Also, he could have already been outside when the explosion occurred.

Sounds like the bomber didn’t want to kill anyone else besides themselves.
That's what I'm thinking too, but why choose to do it right in the middle of downtown Nashville? Why not drive out in the middle of nowhere so no surrounding people or property have a chance to be impacted?

The area has to have some significance. Sounds like making a statement about something to do with this without having the stomach to take out anyone else, don’t know, I’m just guessing.
