Knoxville and Farragut are the only municipalities in Knox County. Generally Concord, Halls, Powell, Karns, Fountain City, Bearden, Mascot, etc. are all just neighborhoods and/or postal districts inside or outside of Knoxville, Farragut, and/or unincorporated areas of Knox County. I'm not as familiar with the southern parts. Vestal is one I guess. Sevier Heights possibly. Martha Washington Heights? Those don't include the neighborhoods that are subdivisions as defined in their subdivision ordinances... Concord Hills, Village Green, West Hills, Fox Den, River Bend, Sequoyah Hills, etc, etc. Many of those areas are divided up even more. "West Hills" and "Rocky Hill" are made up of numerous subdivisions. But if you're from Knoxville it's usually considered, Knoxville, Farragut, unincorporated Knox County, and even parts or all of the surrounding counties. If you're in Oak Ridge, Morristown, Maryville, Alcoa, Maynardville, and so on you may or may not not be in Knoxville depending on the perspective. To New Yorkers, we're all the same bunch of hicks.
