Man hats off to this kid. He’s been committed so long and his recruitment has been so quiet I always kinda forget he’s in the class. Never wavered.

Meanwhile he has the talent and plays a position where he may end up one of the best players in this class.

Dom Bailey has generated very little buzz during the cycle, but the 4-star DL has quietly been solid to Vols and plays on a national contender. He plans to enroll early, and while 2020 probably won't be a impact season, I expect him to make real noise in 2021 and beyond.
