Maurer just got an upgrade....

I was expecting this to say he got an upgrade to Platinum membership at the Mouses Ear after dropping all that money on Neids credit card.

I don’t like these kind of comments and don’t think they bring anything positive.... but dang it that was funny.

It would not bother me in the least to see Maurer transfer. Of all the players who have been in the TP, Maurer is the only one I think NEEDS to go. IMO, he’s not getting the clue to just leave already.

To first team offense. The running backs that were signed will be outstanding. The fun and gun is here, but still looking for some defense!
My money is on the transfer coming to TN this year will have the best odds for being the favorite to win the starting position now.

Every time he played he was reckless with the ball
So he was reckless vs UGA, Miss St, Alabama and UK? Those are the only games the former staff prepared him to play in. You can argue he was reckless on two passes within that span and they were both Miss St in the red zone. But claiming he was commonly reckless with the ball is just a false statement UNLESS you’re referring to the games he was thrown in without preparation. Which would be an unfair judgement

I just see that as the equivalent of having 22 students and only 21 study guides and calling a kid stupid for failing a test when he was the odd man out.

Was he not heavily recruited by UCF? Am I imagining that?

Brian has to be excited as his style of play fits Heupel’s system much better that Chaney’s. The big question for Brian is he going to be healthy and be able to stay healthy.

I think we’ll see offense at a different level. I think the reads will be much easier for QBs and plays designed to get certain people open
Quicker and easier to find.

Hell, everyone else does it. Anyone think Jones at Bama was reading the defense every play? Hell no. Plays were designed to get their WRs open. He just had to find which one was “opener”.
From what I’ve heard and read, Heupel runs a one read and throw offense. My guess is more emphasis will be put on the WR’s to run good routes and get open.
GBO!!

There was a small seedy apartment complex nearby there that was nearly fully occupied by the girls who worked there. Buddy of mine rented one of the units for that very reason. No sooner than he had gotten his place set up and a had party or two, the ear burnt down and all the girls left. All of the dancers were replaced by meth heads and the like. He hit a state of depression that was tough to climb out of.
I don’t know whether to laugh at this or be sympathetic?
GBO!!
