Personally, I think you have to throw out, for the most part, all of the past stats, good and bad, of all the QBs and just be content to sit and wait for CJH and company to settle on the guy they think gives the best chance.
The offenses are so different that former play just doesn’t translate to much. Whoever plays QB in this offense has to be a field general above all else. Whoever absorbs the offense the best, has the swagger CJH demands, and most of all, instills the highest degree of confidence in the other 10 guys on the field, is likely the one who gets the nod, IMO. The coaching staff will adapt to that player’s physical abilities.
