I have several posts in this thread that are decent discussions about what was happening on the court. I wish more posters could do the same, and stop the childish finger pointing at those who rightfully questioned wtf was happening on the court, during the games when we sucked and put ourselves on the bubble.

Funny thing is some of those guys pointing fingers were being critical too, but they straddled the fence so they wouldn't be completely wrong. The sad thing is I think some people would rather beat their chest and say they were right than enjoy us doing well in the tourney. Actually it's sad and kind of pathetic.

That you said you would welcome Bruce back, and post in threads about other coaches basically begging for Howland? You hedge your bets so much it's hard to keep up honestly. But hey keep pounding your chest like you were 100% for Martin, I was simply pointing out that you're full of ****.

I'm on of the fans who was unhappy with Cuonzo through the season. I was also one of the fans who did not like Dooley and was really ready to see him go after the Florida game in year 3. The point I'm making is any1 telling people who were unhappy with Cuonzo to quote eat crow is dumb. We have expectations at the university of tennessee and those include making the ncaa tournament once every 3 years which we barely did. At the time Cuonzo deserved the criticism. You don't get the awesome job and huge salary for no reason. Now he has shown he can do more as a coach than most of us thought so of course people are going to be happy. What if Dooley had beat scar Missouri and candy his final year would we have told every1 who saw him fail his first 2 and a half years to eat crow or does it make more sense that when they underperform you question them( if they are unproven coaches like what we had) and praise them when you see they can do it? All this nonsense about eating crow to the people who were doubting Cuonzo is dumb. I doubted him and now I doubt him less because I believe what my eyes tell me. You don't just blindly support your coach no matter how bad things are going unless you want to be A third rate program and you also don't criticize for every loss. There is a middle ground of common sense that can be reached and I think most on volnation appropriately doubted him and now are appropriately celebrating him.

I'm so tired of complaining fans posting reasons why they have a right to complain. Get over yourself!

Ever since the age of internet and forums the negative have a soap box to stand on and find reasons to cry.

You act like he took over a great situation, he did not. You act like we are on par with duke, unc, Kansas, Syracuse, Kentucky, which we are not.( yet anyway) we are still a second tier basketball program for the time being. We can't go out and recruit 5 star talent every yr yet. So how bout this sit back shut up stop complaining enjoy the ride support our coaches and players and enjoy the fact we are in the sweet 16.

Yes we have a right to complain when we spend our hard earned money on the product you dumb **** if you don't want to hear people voice their opinions stay off the Internet

How about ill say whatever I want :), its so stupid all you people bashing someone for criticizing a poor product. He deserved criticism before and now he deserves praise. Stop acting like saying losing to Texas am twice and candy and utep is blasphemy. It's not and it was well deserved criticism. If we lose to a bunch of awful teams next year I will criticize him again. And you can ***** and moan about it all you want.

I have a right to cry about not winning all the time and then cry that it was ok for me to cry about not winning when we are winning. :crazy::good!:

I know a lot of kids that do that. No worries, you're cool.

Ok, how about you just stop spending the money? I don't go back and spend $15 to go to a movie I found crap and continue posting about how i've seen the movie 10 times and I hate the product. Simple solution there, buddy boy.
