So to be clear....you WERE impressed with barely beating 11 seed SDSU by 3 and then getting to play 14 seed Ohio because they upset 3 seed Georgetown? You didn't piss and moan about how they didn't beat anyone to get there?

Yeah. Because it isn't like this run happened in December. It happeded in March, when it matters. Furthermore, if we don't pony up, somebody else will. So, unless you want to start over with another flavor of the week bargain coach, I'd suggest you come around to the idea that he's about to get paid whether you agree with it or not.

I will be back in here it they beat Mich, will you all if they lose? Oh and next year will be tons of fun we will see if the bowing down to the great Martin continues.

They were a 6 seed. They didn't squeak in but it wasn't like they were world beaters either. They got destroyed by a bad Southern Cal team, lost to Georgia, and got hammered by 30 by UK in the SECT.

I was not sweating it out on selection Sunday for that team, they were safely in. This team barely squeaked in. This team was far too talented to barely make it in and to lose to some of the teams they did.

Nope I am enjoying the run and are happy for the players, they are very talented. I am just not going to pretend the Martin era started last Thursday unlike you all I remember all 3 years, not just 3 games, they are winning in spite of not because of Martin

Oh so you admit it has nothing to do with who they beat, you're going to piss and moan no matter what.

That 2010 didn't beat ANYONE (according to your standards) before they beat OSU. So why impressed with that, but with Martin suddenly they beat "no one"?

Hey let's try the 2008 team now. You impressed with that tournament run? Beat a 15, barely beat a 7, got destroyed by a 3 seed. That impressive to you?

You care to admit you have a huge double standard when it comes to being "impressed" with NCAAT wins?

WTF does it matter if they barely got in or not? You're the one who set the standard as to what impresses you about NCAAT wins, and by those said standards, you should have been pissing and moaning about Pearl not "beating anyone".

But we know you didn't do that.
