And the point is, we can discuss it like adults. Pruitt didn’t really talk to him like he was an adult. A simple arms in the air and a “son, what would you do that for?” would have gotten the point across. The kid just made a good play, actually, a few good plays. He was obviously just trying to make an even better play, probably due to overall lack of playing time. Trust me, I’m as tough and hard nosed as they come, but there’s a correct way to coach/teach, and what JP did in that situation wasn’t it.
