it is a big mess that probably got swept under the rug years ago so it seems and now it has another life of it's own
Well at this point there are few straws to reach for . I say do not settle . No more cards left to play in the media and not a leg to stand on in court.
I have zero sympathy for the so-called "victims" after the way this has been sensationalized by their lawyers in the media. This is clearly nothing more than a well-orchestrated money grab. Find the deep pockets and stop at nothing to get the big payday. The Peyton incident, such as it was, has absolutely NOTHING to do with anything that has happened in recent years and they know it. This is how a scam works. It's how criminals do business. And to me there's no practical difference between these lawyers and common criminals.
well there are other incidents in the allegations, would it be better to just pay out some cash and make it go away,or have CBJ and the other sports have to try and recruit through it for the next couple of years ?
and when it is all said and done,if they do win and fight for a couple of years,it will hang over the school for a while to come,so it is a no win situation,I'm just hoping they can do something to make it go away in a hurry
If so by all means bring the merge dozer. However that doesn't change the fact that this has zero to do with traumatics and more like money sucking leeches.
